On your iPhone, tap +, enter the team names and players, and tap Send to Watch. On your Apple Watch, tap Kick Off.
Make sure the watch app is open, your iPhone and watch are near each other, and Bluetooth is on. Then send the match again from the iPhone app.
During a live match, tap + next to the scoring team, pick the scorer, then optionally pick who assisted.
Finished matches sync to the iPhone app automatically. Open any match to see the full scorecard and tap Share Result to send it as an image.
